Public Works

Under the coordination of our Public Works Director, the Public Works Department’s role is to provide quality services to our community.  The Public Works Department is responsible for several functions, including Parks, Streets, Airport, and Utilities.  Feel free to contact our Public Works staff with your questions.

Public Works Hours:

• Monday-Thursday: 6:30am – 4:00pm
• Friday: 6:30am - 10:30am

 

2025 Christmas Tree Pickup

• Tuesdays, January 7th - 28th Natural, Real Trees only (no artificial trees)
• Must be on the curb by 7:00 a.m.

Compost Information:

• The compost site is located at 6005 Ferman Ave NW and is open 5:30 am - 10:00 pm.
• Site is open April 1 thru December 1
• A card is required for access.  Contact City Hall to obtain your card or apply online.
