🍂 Maple Lake Compost Site – Seasonal Closure Reminder 🍂

A reminder to all residents that the Compost Site will close for the winter on December 1st.

Thank you for helping keep the site clean and running smoothly throughout the season!

Hours of Operation:

April 1st – December 1st

5:30 AM – 10:00 PM daily

Before the season wraps up, please make sure to follow all compost site rules:

• No vehicles over 19,500 GVW

• No stumps, roots, or logs over 8" in diameter

• No pallets or chemically treated lumber — natural, clean wood only

• No rocks, concrete, plastic, or trash

• No bags in compost — please empty them and take the bags with you

• No wood from outside city limits

• No smoking (per order of the Fire Chief)
