Compost Site Card Application

The City of Maple Lake Compost Site is relocating to 6005 Ferman Ave NW.

Access Cards are required, and are available to City of Maple Lake residents only.

To get a card, please fill out the application form and the card will be mailed to you.

When requesting a Compost Card online, please know that a card will be mailed to you within 1-2 business days and can take anywhere from 2-5 days to deliver via USPS.

If you would like to pick up your card in City Hall, please come in to complete the application in person.
